COUNSELING

Transitions occur as natural phenomena of change in our lives, appearing at crucial times and demanding a reorientation from the old to the new. The process is marked first by a letting go, and leaving behind old lifestyle patterns. This may feel like we are being forced to change by outside events and/or crises, or we may simply feel driven by our own inner sense of dissatisfaction. There is often a deep feeling of being in limbo, of not knowing what is next.

Within therapy, determining this next step involves considering your own individual path in harmony with Life, guided by your deepest values, purpose and destiny?

Utilizing therapies such as art, expressive, sandtray therapies, dream work, and hypnosis that honor and give access to the wealth of possibility and resources found within our creative unconscious can help ease our transitions. Through this questioning process, a stage of discovery will surface, emerging to uncover a new beginning.

Ideas, insights, and events that present themselves to us at this time can guide us to a new way of being that potentially can expand our consciousness and lead to a greater sense of Self.
